Your goods will undergo a thorough examination and will be safely packaged prior to being sent out. Every day, we send hundreds of packages to our customers from all over the world. This shows that we're committed to becoming the biggest retailer on the internet. We have distribution centers as well as warehouses across Europe and in the USA.

Note: Orders that contain multiple items will have a different processing time for each item.

Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly examined. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. The expected delivery time will be between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

Stock is dynamic. It's not entirely managed by us, since we have multiple parties such as the factory and our storage. The stock levels may fluctuate at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your purchase after it has been placed.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you've bought the item and we're unable to offer you a complete exchange or refund.

In order to be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same state as you received it. It should also be returned in its original packaging.
